Women’s Fitness Class


Having trouble getting fit? Are you no longer making progress? Our Women's Fitness Classes will provide the breakthrough you need! We offer personalized training in a group setting with an emphasis on weight training, cardio, abs, core, and nutrition. We'll tell you “what to do” and “how to do it” so you can reach your fitness goals. The training sessions are customized, so both beginners and athletes are pushed to their limit...and beyond. All you need to bring to class is your desire to work hard, Get Fit and Have fun!

 

Personal Training


We highly recommend our group fitness sessions, but sometimes one-on-one training is preferred. Limited days and times are available for personal training, so contact us to discuss availability.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

6:00 - 7:00 PM

(we're only on site during class)
